The Fountain

McMinn has "Belle Tire Chick", Jack has "Natalie Portman", Garble has crazy redheads...
...and I have a thing for Rachel Weisz. The Constant Gardener didn't do anything for me though. It sucked that Hollywood billed it as some intense and riveting action thriller/spygame. It also pissed me off that the DVD disk shows a sillouette of the main character pointing a gun- and he never even fired a shot in the movie! Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous.
Sure, she won an Oscar for her performance, but the movie was crap. I'm hoping that The Fountain is a much better movie. It's from the Director of Requiem for a Dream, so I've got high hopes. Based on the trailer it looks pretty good. Check it out if you get a chance.
