guy tries to cancel AOL account

Some of you may have already heard this (it's been making the rounds over the web recently), but if you haven't, you've got to listen to this! It's absolutely hysterical! The customer service rep, John, has to be the most condescending prick I've ever heard. I seriously wanted to punch the monitor listening to that chode. Also, the guy trying to cancel the account (Vincent) sounds a lot like Lunchbox. Here's Vincent's story in writing.
