Jim Brannick said...: I've thought of a few more (in some ways more probable) scenarios in which the planet could be destroyed:

1. Grand Moff Tarkin shows up in the Death Star.
2. Unicron shows up. Our only chance is to have the Dinobots tear the shit out of him.
3. Lunchbox gets really, really wasted and goes to Rams Horn... accidentally eats the entire planet when he mistakes the Earth for a strip of bacon.
