Speed cameras. If they keep the fine low enough people will just pay it and avoid the hassle. Except for the cranks. Gotta love a good crank.

Agreed it's retarded. But if it keeps more ohio drivers off the roads, then I'm for it.
I didn't consider the side benifit of hurting people from ohio.
