Nice article in the Popular Mechanics on different sources of fuel. I’m not an expert on the subject but I pay a lot of attention to it and read pretty much everything I can find. This is one of the most balanced general consumption articles I’ve seen. That being said, popular mechanics doesn’t have a great reputation for accuracy. The science is pretty straight forward but there are a lot of assumptions that need to be made for accurate costs estimates. So it’s not completely black and white. Even so, enjoy.
