Here's another one Basically the cops get caught acting like dicks on the apartment security system and arrest the guy for owning ileagle cameras. But the police have a defense;

Dumb. In general if you're getting paid by the public the public has a right to take pictures of what your up to. (Specific exceptions for say under cover cops etc. etc.)
