Ugly criminals
According to this article, ugly kids are more likely to be convicted of crimes.
However, more attractive people are probably more likely to get leniency from a jury. Here's some good examples:
Debra Lafave Debra Lafave, and Pamela Rogers.
The moral of the story is, don't be ugly.

I think that hot chicks that have sex with high school guys should get the same penalty that creepy guys get when they have sex with cheerleaders/baby sitters.
I somewhat disagree with you. If I were a high school guy either 17 or 18 (junior/senior), I would be fully capable of handling an affair with a hot teacher. However, in most of these cases, the boys are only 12-14 years old, and lack to ability to totally comprehend what is going on. In those cases, I say yes, prosecute to the fullest extent. And if the female teacher was really, really disgusting, then the penalty ought to be even worse. Oh wait, am I giving leniency to attractive women? Yup, I guess I am.
I need to do some research. But I remember reading a feminist article whose premise was that no matter the age or circumstance difference in the relationship the man always had more power. Therefore it wouldn't matter if the boy were a 12 year old student and the woman a 30 year old teacher. At that point I came to the conclusion that we should throw the book at them.
Just one question: why on earth, are you reading feminist articles?!
