New House
Put an offer in on a house last night. It's a pretty nice place, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms huge master bedroom, large yard full basement and it backs up to the wooded part of a park. Needs a little work so we low balled the hell out of them. We'll see how that works out.

Where are you setting up the workshop? Is it wired for 220, is there a place to put a dust collection system?

Where at? We are supposed to move next thursday, but still haven't closed because A) our mortgage agent fucked up big time, and B) my social security number has 2 names on it (mine and someone elses) and Amanda's has 5. We got identity thefted. I hope they aren't buying porn with our stuff, because I'm not seeing any of it.
The house is in troy. 17 and john r. I don't think we'll be going back to it before the deal is finalized so I can't realy take any pictures. It's a nice house, but I don't think they're where they need to be on the price. My 'workshop will be half the garage. It's not set up for it but you can't have everything.
Amanda has 5 names on her soc? wow that's pretty bad.
I've started investigating all of this identity theft brouhaha. The extra name on my report is (we believe) one of the people who bought my Fenton house. They foreclosed on that house, and for some reason it's on my report as my foreclosure under this chicks name. The five names on Amanda's report are all her name. It's pretty stupid. I hate these people.
What's the damage McMinn? Did they open up a whole bunch of credit cards or what?
