Little Help from Jack and Kyle?
This is pretty interesting and worth the minute it takes to read. I'm not sure if it fits all of the known cannon though. Obviously there's no way to know for sure but it explains some of the odd decisions and statements from "A New Hope." Anyone else want to give an opinion on it's plausibility?

I thought about this a little more and it explains another problem with ANH-ROTJ; Vader's cluelessness.
How didn't he notice R2D2 and 3P0? Why did he let luck go?
It makes more sense that they knew exactly who luke was and were letting him get some Jedi Training from yoda and influence in the rebelion just so that they could 'turn' him later.
there's still no good reason for Yoda and OWK to split up in revenge of the sith. That was just stupid. They should have double teamed the emperor and than gone after vader.

I think it's pretty spot-on! I've never heard the whole situatioin explained like that, but I like it. It would also make all of Lucas' blatant plot-holes make more sense.
